Job description

Role name: Workday Integrations - General
Work site: New Albany, OH (Remote)
"Integration Design & Development
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using:
Core Connectors
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Workday Studio
Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations supporting HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Finance processes
Create detailed integration design documents, field mappings, and interface specifications
Build and maintain XML, XSLT, and transformation logic required for integrations

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements and drive design sign-off
Evaluate and communicate technical impacts of configuration and data changes
Facilitate integration design discussions and provide recommendations on best-practice approaches

Testing, Deployment & Support
Support unit testing, end-to-end testing, and production deployments
Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and performance concerns
Support post-deployment stabilization and ongoing production support
Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate as needed

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate client teams on integration support and operations
Stay current on Workday releases and recommend integration enhancements as appropriate

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations
Experience supporting integrations in implementation and/or AMS environments
Workday Expertise
Workday Certification in Core Integrations (required)
Hands-on experience with:
Core Connectors
EIB (Inbound & Outbound)
Workday Studio
Experience working with Workday Web Services (RaaS, SOAP, REST)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with payroll, benefits, or recruiting integrations
Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model
Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ticketing tools
Additional Workday certifications (Studio, Extend, or Functional modules)
