Role Overview: We are seeking a Forward-Deployed Integration Engineer who combines deep technicalexpertisewith strong consultative capabilities. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through complex integrations and ensuring our platform delivers measurable business impact within their environments. You will work directly alongside customerteams-bothremotely and on-site when needed-to understand their operational landscape, technical architecture, and strategicobjectives.

As a key bridge between enterprise stakeholders and our core engineering team, you will drive successful deployments while shaping product evolution through real-world insights. This is a high-ownership, customer-embedded role requiring flexibility, adaptability, and readiness to engage directly with clients in their environments. Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (initial 6 weeks – 3-month contract with potential conversion to full-time).

Location: Remote – Anywhere in Germany (PST-friendly preferred). Key Responsibilities: Customer-Facing Consulting & Technical Leadership Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise clients throughout onboarding, deployment, and expansion phases. Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable implementation strategies.

Providearchitectural guidance aligned with enterprise security, compliance, and operational constraints. Build trusted relationships with customer technical and executive stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex issues in real time,maintainingownership and accountability through resolution.

Travel to customer sites asrequiredto support high-impact deployments, workshops, and strategic engagements. Integration & Implementation Deploy and configure the platform in enterprise production environments. Integrate with customer systems, APIs, identity providers, data sources, and internal workflows.

Implement custom scripts, connectors, or extensions in Python whenrequired. GuideCloud-based deployments and advise on infrastructure best practices. Ensure deployments are robust, secure, and scalable.

Operational & Strategic Ownership Develop repeatable deployment frameworks,integrationplaybooks, and best practices. Partner with Sales and Customer Success on technical scoping and feasibility analysis. Translate field learnings into product and engineering improvements.

Support scalable growth of forward-deployed operations. Qualifications: 5+ years in software engineering,solutionsengineering, implementation engineering, consulting, or forward-deployed roles. Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in technical engagements.

Experience deploying/integrating systems on a major cloud provider (preferably Azure). Strong Python experience in production environments. Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Technical Skills: Strongproficiencyin Python. Familiarity with Azure services and enterprise cloud architectures.

Experience integrating with enterprise systems, APIs, and authentication frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud deployment models, security constraints, and operational best practices. Advanced debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence architectural decisions. High levelof ownership and accountability.

Professional presence when engaging enterprise stakeholders. Ability tooperateeffectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
