Job description

What You Will Be Doing:
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a candidate to serve as an Integrator for the Logistics Information Technology Product Support Provider (LogIT PSP) team under the Digital Sustainment and Analytics (DSA) organization.
The LogIT PSP team handles ALIS/ODIN (Autonomic Logistics Information System/Operational Data integrated Network) hardware, software and data product issues. The team translates customer reported problems into actionable engineering work, drives rapid resolution and closes the loop by feeding insights back into product development.
The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding leadership and communication abilities, effortlessly collaborating across all groups, functions, and lines of business and is an ambassador for the LogIT PSP team. As the integrator, you will influence both internal and external stakeholders to deliver the highest quality products and resolve the most challenging customer issues as quickly as possible.
As the team integrator, you will be a primary conduit for conveying the strategy, tactical roadmap, status, priorities, key decisions, required support, and any other essential information to the team. Your responsibilities will include:
Horizontal and Vertical Integration: Coordinate within Sustainment teams and across the F-35 organization at large (Contracts, Finance, Program Management, Development, etc.) to ensure program goals for contract deliverables are met.
Strategic Alignment and Execution: Collaborate with leadership to ensure DSA vision and goals are clearly understood and flowed down to teams for implementation.
Driving Execution: Align work scope with funded efforts and track progress using Earned Value Management (EVM). Lead all Cost Account Management (CAM) activities for teams. Oversee team Risks and Opportunity management. Manage interfaces and contract deliverables. Identify team hand-offs and maintain traceability to schedules.
Analyzing and Reporting Progress: Develop and manage team metrics, analyze relevant data, and provide regular performance feedback, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, Solicit and provide process improvements to be implemented within the team and/or raised for leadership approval and funding.
Developing Processes: Assist with team charters and value stream mapping. Help with design and roll out of procedures that boost team efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Facilitating Team Collaboration: Cultivate an atmosphere of open communication, trust, and mutual respect to enable effective teamwork and cooperation. Plan, organize, and lead meetings, events, and other activities, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
