Description

Eiden Systems Consulting (ESC) is seeking a Business Analyst III (Access Control Integrator) / BA Data Analyst III to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting access-control integration for enterprise applications, along with strong business analysis, data analysis, and enterprise architecture experience. This position provides senior-level support for enterprise applications, access-control integration, data analysis, and modernization initiatives.

The analyst will work with business stakeholders, application teams, enterprise architects, and security/IAM personnel to analyze access-control requirements, support the integration of applications with enterprise identity and access services, and translate business and security requirements into functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business processes, data requirements, systems, and enterprise architecture to support DLA mission requirements
  • Must possess an active SECRET DoD clearance
  • Apply DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) principles and support DLA Enterprise Architecture activities
  • Develop and document business, functional, technical, and data requirements
  • Analyze data structures, data flows, interfaces, and system dependencies
  • Support data modeling, data-quality analysis, data validation, and enterprise interoperability
  • Support access-control integration for enterprise applications, including analysis of authentication, authorization, user roles, permissions, entitlements, and application interfaces
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, business rules, reports, and other analytical documentation
  • Support systems integration, testing, UAT, and implementation activities
  • Identify process, data, and system gaps and recommend improvements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with DLA business users, technical teams, enterprise architects, and program stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, systems analysis, enterprise architecture, or systems integration
  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Experience supporting access-control integration for enterprise applications, including authentication, authorization, user roles, permissions, entitlements, or application interfaces
  • Expert experience with DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA)
  • Experience with DLA Enterprise Architecture and MEGA HOPEX
  • Experience with business process analysis, requirements development, data analysis, and systems integration
  • Experience with data modeling, data quality, or enterprise data management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • DLA experience
  • Experience with IAM/ICAM, access control, authentication, or authorization
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis/visualization tools
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal government enterprise systems and modernization initiatives

Salary- $150k-$160k Annual/$70-$75 per hour
