The Physician & Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified physicians and APP candidates (NPs and PAs). This role operates with a sales-driven, outbound approach and is focused on pipeline generation, candidate engagement, and market penetration.

Job Description
  • Source physicians and APPs via LinkedIn, Doximity, job boards, and residency programs
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts)
  • Meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
  • Use sales techniques to engage passive candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate qualification
  • Transition candidates to recruiters
  • Maintain ATS/CRM records
  • Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Track and report sourcing metrics
  • Stay informed on market trends
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-3+ years in sourcing, recruiting, or sales/business development
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting or sales environments
  • Experience with cold calling and pipeline generation
  • Track record of meeting performance metrics
  • Ability to influence and sell opportunities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity, Indeed
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems
