Shihab Burke, LLC seeks an Associate Attorney to join our immigration practice. Our team at Shihab Burke, LLC, provides immigration services to corporations, individuals, and families. We have extensive experience in both family and employment immigration law and have represented private and publicly held companies worldwide.


Founded by Sam Shihab, the firm has earned a reputation for excellence and professionalism. The firm has successfully helped thousands of clients achieve their U.S. immigration goals and is considered one of the most experienced employment-based immigration practices in Ohio. We are looking for individuals for long-term employment who will grow with the firm and become part of the core group that leads this successful firm.


The position is in Dublin, Ohio. No remote or hybrid schedule offered.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior attorneys to prepare cases for filing with USCIS, DOL, and other federal agencies.
  • Communicate with various federal agencies to facilitate case processing
  • Research and write briefs, motions, and other pleadings related to immigration law
  • Draft forms
  • Review case submissions and respond to paralegal questions
  • Meet with Clients to understand their needs and offer solutions

  • Licensed to practice law in any state or territory of the United States
  • Previous experience in immigration law preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
