high standard of accuracy</li> <li>Wave orders, delegate assignments, and oversee priority replenishments to keep operations on schedule</li> <li>Ensure the Packing Team meets daily Fast Track shipment deadlines with a high standard of quality and accuracy</li> <li>Assign packers to stations via the assignment board and reallocate resources across the team as needs shift throughout the day</li> <li>Monitor and maintain shipment supply inventory and serve as backup to the Picking Team when serving as the sole lead present in Outbound</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Customer Service on high-priority orders, incomplete SKUs, packing errors, staged orders, and other issues involving the Picking or Packing Teams</li> <li>Partner with the Training Team to ensure all associates are trained on operational, safety, and organizational procedures</li> <li>Monitor individual and departmental performance, providing consistent feedback to drive KPI success</li> <li>Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins with each Picking and Packing associate to build rapport and reinforce development</li> <li>Address personnel and performance-related concerns promptly and professionally</li> <li>Ensure timecards for Picking and Packing Associates are accurate and up to date</li> <li>Attend and participate in HR and Operations Leadership meetings weekly</li> <li>Partner with the Outbound Manager to execute process improvements and assigned projects that support departmental growth</li> <li>Model professional standards and lead by example throughout the workplace</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>2+ years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment</li> <li>Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop associates to achieve departmental goals</li> <li>Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard operating procedures</li> <li>Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to promote a safe and compliant work environment</li> <li>Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
