Job description

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven professional to join our team as an Outbound Telemarketer.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on conversation, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by performance-based pay. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our services, and setting qualified appointments for our licensed sales team.

This is not a passive role. You will be on the phone daily, generating opportunities and driving results.

Requirements
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable making 80150 outbound calls per day
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilient mindset able to handle rejection and stay positive
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive drive
  • Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, CRM systems)
  • Ability to accurately document call notes and outcomes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • High level of professionalism and integrity

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Prior telemarketing, call center, or sales experience
  • Experience with outbound dialing systems
  • Familiarity with CRM software

This position does not require a license. However, candidates interested in advancing into a sales role must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty license as well as a Life & Health license.
