This Associate Brand Manager works out of our Columbus, OH location in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. The Associate Brand Manager for Ensure® Delivery plays a critical role in driving business performance through ownership of national promotion strategy and the weekly consumption process.
This role leads the development and execution of national promotional programs, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and continuous optimization of performance. In addition, the Associate Brand Manager leads the weekly consumption process and reporting, synthesizing data into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and informing strategic decision-making to enhance overall business performance.
Success in this role requires strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to effectively execute brand strategies and deliver sustained business growth.

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of national promotional programs (e.g., FSIs, digital coupons), ensuring alignment to business objectives. Own performance against spend commitments and optimize plans through ongoing in-market evaluation to maximize ROI and brand impact.

Own and lead the weekly Ensure® consumption and forecasting process, delivering comprehensive reporting on performance vs. goals. Analyze key business drivers, competitive dynamics, and market trends; synthesize data (e.g., Nielsen retail data) into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, finance, insights) to monitor consumption, track promotional effectiveness, and assess market indicators. Leverage insights to inform brand strategy and drive data-driven decision-making.
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Analytics, and/or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in consumer packaged goods and/or healthcare/OTC products industry.
- Strong analytical skills, including business, budget, and financial analysis, with the skills to develop recommendations and to tell a story using data.
- Demonstrated leadership ability including proven success in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously including new product launches.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities with the ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently articulate strategies to a diverse audience of peers, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives.
- Advanced level PC skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
