We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nutrition Care Manager (Registered Dietitian) to support nutrition care in a senior living setting. In this role, you will be providing nutritional care, supervising food service associates, and promoting a culture of wellness for residents and staff.
What You'll Do:
  • Medical Nutrition Therapy & Care Planning: Deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and manage individualized resident nutrition care plans to support health and well-being
  • Regulatory Guidance & Compliance: Provide expertise on meal service operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Menu Development & Innovation: Collaborate on menu planning that reflects wellness trends, nutritional best practices, and resident preferences
  • Staff Leadership & Training: Supervise, coach, and train dining and nutrition staff to uphold quality standards and enhance resident satisfaction
  • Quality & Performance Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and satisfaction initiatives aimed at continuously improving nutrition services and overall care

What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
  • 1+ year of senior living experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience and ServSafe® certification desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programs
