Job Summary
Babin Law is a growing personal injury and mass tort law firm looking for a litigation attorney with 8+ years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate has supported all aspects of litigation and may have some experience in complex litigation such as mass torts, class actions, sex abuse claims, or environmental torts.

Responsibilities 
  • Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research, prepare discovery and respond to discovery
  • Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
  • Understands all aspects of litigation from intake to trial.
  • Is organized and can support a volume docket of cases.
  • Utilizes technology and case management software to more efficiently and effectively represent clients and support lead attorneys.
  • Adheres to data integrity standards.
  • Has excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Provides excellent, reliable, persuasive, work product and isn't afraid to ask for help.
  • Has keen desire to take on responsibility quickly and grow as a litigator.
  • Is able to navigate the dynamic nature of litigation, managing multiple deadlines and projects at once, while working both independently and on a team.
  • Maintains positive relationships with colleagues, staff, clients, opposing attorneys, and court personnel.

  • Is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
  • Is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
