Job description

Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Junior IT Project Manager for an onsite position in Columbus, OH.

  • Contribute to a team delivering high quality end-user infrastructure solutions and ongoing support, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, process optimization and driving efficiency across the organization.
  • Provide cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain project planning and status documentation for delivery of new technology systems and lifecycle efforts.
  • Coordinate actions related to our rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization
  • Plan, organize and communicate tasks related to the rollout activities and timelines
  • Track and synthesize detailed project information from multiple sources, formatting for executive-level reporting
  • Manage coordination with external vendors to ensure milestone and timeline adherence
  • Partner with general contractors, subcontractors and internal facilities teams to support project delivery

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong project coordination skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple input streams, engage with engineers, and communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms.
  • This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to present to large audiences including executive levels, high attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
