ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our HR systems and processes. This role sits at the intersection of Human Resources and Technology, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and actionable insights across the employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance system capabilities, automate workflows, and improve reporting for data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS) to support HR operations.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across employee records.
  • Configure and manage HRIS modules (employee data, onboarding, performance, payroll integrations).
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to implement system improvements and new features.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Support HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support.
  • Manage integrations between HRIS and other systems (payroll, ATS, finance).
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology roles
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle)
  • Experience working with HR systems such as:
    • Workday
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • HiBob
    • Oracle
  • Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, reporting, validation)
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

TECHNICAL SKILLS (Important)

  • Experience with system configurations and user management
  • Understanding of data structures, databases, or integrations (APIs is a plus)
  • Experience with data validation, reporting, and automation

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in global or multi-country HR environments
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, etc.)
  • Experience supporting HR transformations or system implementations
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
