Registered Nurse – PCU Float Pool – Columbus, OH

What You'll Do:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for medical-surgical patients in the PCU
  • Float to alternate units within the hospital as needed, ensuring seamless patient care continuity
  • Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document care via TeleEpic system
  • Initiate IV starts and perform other clinical procedures with proficiency
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and patient rights
  • Support patient education and discharge planning

What You Need:

  • Ohio RN license (active)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in a PCU or intermediate care setting
  • Strong IV skills, TeleEpic experience, and ability to adapt to float assignments
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

This position is with a leading hospital in Columbus, Ohio, offering the flexibility of floating within units of similar acuity. The night shift schedule provides a consistent routine, and you may work at the main facility or a nearby affiliated hospital. This assignment requires a dedicated, adaptable RN committed to patient care excellence.
