General Description
The Distribution Center (DC) Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of sorting, pricing, counting, and packing merchandise. A qualified candidate for the DC Associate has an excellent work ethic and is always looking for tasks to keep them busy. They are self-starters that look for ways to contribute to their team and exceed their production goals

The DC Associate must have a strong memory that allows them to recall information about products, pricing details, and the DC layout so they can easily access inventory needed. The DC Associate must also have strong verbal and written communication skills, consistently communicate the status of tasks, and record their workflows according to policy and procedure.

Education & Skills
Reliable transportation required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Friendly and positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new policies and procedures in a fast-paced DC environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic math skills
High attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required

Hours & Compensation
7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday Friday
Full time and part time hours available
