Overview
Melaleuca has immediate openings for Shipping/Distribution Team Members. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers. If you have experience in picking and packaging products for distribution, you might be perfect for this position!
This position is located in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

Responsibilities
  • Perform shipping and distribution tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Order selection (picking)
  • Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy
  • Pack and ship products for customer orders

Qualifications
  • Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality
  • Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
  • Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
  • Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
  • Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
  • Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
  • Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
