Job description

MGS has an exciting opportunity for a 1st shift Distribution Center Associate. The Distribution Center Associate will be focusing on unloading trailers and picking customer orders using a forklift.

As a Distribution Center Associate at the MGS Germantown location, this role will assist in the daily processes of the distribution center.

What You'll Do:

  • Picking and setting of raw materials and packaging for Manufacturing.
  • Movement of components from inventory for assembly.
  • Disposition of finished goods to warehouse inventory.
  • Mixing and blending of raw materials (resin/colorants).
  • Cycle counting of warehouse inventory.
  • Complete electronic transfers within the ERP System.
  • Picking, wrapping and staging of customer orders.
  • Load and unload pallets of finished goods and WIP from production trailers.
  • Daily involvement with the Shipping Department coordinating outbound shipments to customers.
  • Coordination with the Receiving Department regarding inbound purchases for Manufacturing.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
