Join our Distribution Center and be the driving force for our store's merchandise!
As the Distribution Center Associate you will be responsible for accurate processing, retrieving and packing of DC new receipts and reserve stock.
Location: Distribution Center, 3755 W Sunset Road, Suite A, Las Vegas, NV 89118
Schedule: Morning Shift (A1), Mid Shift, Night Shift (A2)

Job Responsibilities
  • Processes new receipts in the Value Added Services (VAS) area as per DC procedures
  • Performs retrievals of reserve stock merchandise per DC procedures
  • Packs merchandise in Put-to-Light (PTL) lanes per DC procedures
  • Assigns new receipts allocated to reserve stock to appropriate bin locations according to DC procedures
  • Labels/stages outbound totes and cartons for delivery per DC procedures
  • Conducts DC cycle counts as directed per DC procedures
  • Ensures current DC productivity and accuracy expectations are being met as posted
  • Operates and uses company equipment in a safe manner at all times in accordance with DC policies and procedures Reports all accidents to DC management immediately
  • Reports defective equipment immediately to supervisor including RF scanners, printers, computer equipment, order pickers and forklifts
  • Assists in keeping DC clean/organized including stacking empty pallets, breaking down corrugate boxes and feeding compactor as assigned
  • Follows DC Policies and Procedures
  • Assists Shipping Supervisor, Ticketing Coordinator and RTV Supervisor as assigned
  • Maintains confidentiality of company sources and information
  • To conduct him/herself in the spirit of the MRG mission, vision, core values and organizational health
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Requirements
  • 6+ months of experience in a fast paced distribution center or warehouse
  • Previous certification or training on various warehouse equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, lift trucks and order pickers
  • Previous experience with hand held terminals (HHT's)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Ability to multi task and problem solve
  • Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required depending upon location
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required

Additional Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling
  • Limited travel or overnight
  • Normal or corrected vision and hearing
  • Can distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials
  • Fluency in English is required for training, customer interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
