Job description

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Destination Specialists. This remote position allows you to help clients plan and book their travel while collaborating with a team and reporting to a team lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and book customized travel itineraries.
  • Evaluate client preferences and budgets to recommend solutions.
  • Book a variety of travel services including flights, hotels, and tours.
  • Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
  • Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for optimal service delivery.
