Responsibilities

The Destination Partnership & Growth Manager will work as the liaison between Internova and the company's preferred Global Destination Tourism Board Partners. This role is responsible for driving partner growth, new business development, and revenue-generating marketing strategies through the development, management, and execution of integrated campaigns across Internova's business units.

Account Management & Package Tier Ownership (Growth-Focused)

    Manage a portfolio of mid-tier - growth targeted destination partners with a focus on account development and revenue growth
  • Lead planning across assigned accounts, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across Internova business units
  • Develop and execute integrated destination campaigns aligned to partner goals, ROI, and Internova BU priorities
  • Manage tiered package accounts including development, solicitation, growth, and execution of turnkey campaigns
  • Ensure consistent delivery and scale partners into higher investment tiers
  • Maintain strong partner relationships and increase engagement and long-term value
  • Share insights and best practices to support portfolio-wide growth

New Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new destination partners
  • Lead pitch development, proposals, and presentations
  • Convert prospects into long-term preferred partners

Marketing Strategy & Revenue Generation, Campaign Management

  • Develop multi-destination and thematic campaigns that drive incremental revenue
  • Package opportunities across Internova business units
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch innovative campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI Create and manage annual marketing plans
  • Evaluate and optimize campaigns
  • Execute multiple marketing plans simultaneously
  • Provide campaign performance reporting

Creative Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaign assets
  • Ensure alignment with partner goals and brand standards

Partner Management

  • End-to-End Management of partner agreements
  • Drive partner renewals and growth

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate across Internova business units
  • Coordinate campaigns across business units and partner verticals
  • Support business unit events - solicitation of Destination participations

Budget Management & Reporting

  • Obtain and manage partner budgets
  • Produce performance recaps
  • Provide optimization insights
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, tourism, business administration or equivalent (required)
  • 5+ years marketing experience (tourism industry or tourism board preferred)
  • Experience in account management and business development
  • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related business tools, including document preparation, data analysis, and spreadsheet management, including Smartsheet
  • Up to 20% travel
