Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 Base Salary + Generous Commissions + Performance Bonuses

Help Build Something Extraordinary

For over 40 years, David Alan Caterers has built a reputation for exceptional food, creative presentations, and outstanding hospitality throughout New Jersey.

We are now launching our most ambitious project yet: The Rockwood, a one-of-a-kind hospitality destination featuring weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, catering, immersive dining experiences, and innovative event concepts unlike anything else in the region.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional, fundraiser, business developer, or relationship builder who wants the opportunity to help build a destination venue from the ground up while earning substantial commissions.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Sales

  • Develop new corporate catering accounts
  • Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
  • Generate event bookings and venue inquiries
  • Expand David Alan Caterers’ presence throughout Northern New Jersey

Sponsorship Sales

  • Identify and secure corporate sponsors
  • Create strategic partnerships with local and regional companies
  • Present sponsorship opportunities to business leaders
  • Help build long-term recurring revenue streams

Founding Membership Program

  • Promote and sell Rockwood Founding Memberships
  • Present membership opportunities to business owners, executives, and community leaders
  • Help launch and grow our charter membership initiative

Networking & Community Outreach

  • Attend networking events, chamber meetings, business functions, and trade shows
  • Represent David Alan Caterers and The Rockwood professionally
  • Build relationships that generate revenue and referrals

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Outgoing and confident
  • Comfortable meeting new people and asking for business
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Experienced in sales, fundraising, sponsorship development, business development, hospitality, or event sales
  • Passionate about helping build something meaningful

You do not need catering experience if you have strong relationship-building and sales skills.

Compensation & Opportunity

Base Salary

$40,000-$60,000 annually depending on experience

Commission Opportunities

Earn commissions on:
