Civil Engineer – Land Development

Location: Indianapolis, IN

We're seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–10 years of land development experience to join a growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects while advancing your career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
  • Prepare construction plans, calculations, and technical reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and project teams.
  • Perform site layout and assist with permitting and regulatory approvals.
  • Support projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–10 years of land development design experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience with grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control design.
  • Knowledge of local and state design standards.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • EIT certification preferred or the ability to obtain it.
