The Legal Office provides quality legal advice on all affordable housing matters that require legal input & guidance.

Job Description

The Legal Office is looking for a Compliance Officer who will...

• Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with legal timelines
• Track lawsuits in which the agency is a party
• Coordinate the administrative rule review filing process
• Assist with and track agency fulfillment of public record requests
• Track completion of mandatory ethics law requirements
• Assist with records retention

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; AND experience with filing administrative rules and State of Ohio government agencies; AND familiarity with records retention schedules, Ohio Ethics Laws, and Ohio Public Records Laws.
