Our teams support a fast-paced, operation that serves stores, e-commerce customers, and international markets around the world.As an Operations Manager, you'll lead a large team comprised of supervisors and hourly associates within one of our world-class distribution centers. You'll be responsible for driving operational performance, developing talent, and creating an environment where associates can do their best work every day.We're looking for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and knows how to balance results with people development.
