Job description

The successful candidate will bring strong production discipline, sound editorial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight turnaround times. The role also supports leader communications through presentation preparation, coordinates photography/headshot sessions and event coverage, and leads planning and execution for Employee Appreciation Week (EAW) and overall Employee Engagement Team (EET) programming and coordination within ODC.

       Job Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle for ODC videos, including content planning, video recording, editing, quality review, final approvals, and publishing, ensuring content is accurate, aligned to internal messaging standards, and delivered on schedule.
  • Produce recurring ODC video series and feature content, including (but not limited to) monthly/quarterly recognition, Meet Your Leader, ODC Alumni Series, and a "What's New" monthly video series, partnering with business stakeholders to define run-of-show, scripts/talking points, and production timelines. 
  • Establish and maintain a consistent ODC multimedia "house style," including standardized intros/outros, lower-thirds, audio leveling, brand-compliant visuals, and accessibility considerations (e.g., captions when required), while continuously improving production quality and turnaround time.
  • Manage content intake and coordination for senior leader communications, including preparing, page flipping, and obtaining Monthly Business Review (MBR) decks, Townhall decks, and other senior leader presentations, ensuring version control, formatting consistency, and readiness for live delivery.
  • Support ODC photography needs, including scheduling and assisting with employee headshot sessions, and photographing special events across the firm such as Business Resource Group (BRG) events, events at Chase branches, and Columbus Market Developmental programs; deliver organized, edited photo sets aligned to communication objectives.
  • Lead ODC execution for Employee Appreciation Week (CAW), including planning and coordination of branding, event programming, logistics, slide shows, and photography coverage, ensuring ODC employees have an equitable and engaging opportunity to participate.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., leaders, HR partners, business managers, site partners, and event stakeholders) to manage approvals, ensure message alignment, and maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality across all deliverables 
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Town Halls, Employee Engagement Team sessions, and ODC Town Hall planning meetings.

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • One or more  years of experience in internal communications, multimedia production, digital content, events communications, or a related communications function.
  • Demonstrated hands-on capability with video production workflows, including recording setup, editing, exporting, and publishing within a corporate environment.
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to quality-check for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment before publication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed and precision in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience producing executive-ready materials, including strong working knowledge of presentation preparation and formatting standards (e.g., slide hygiene, versioning, and readiness for live delivery).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and professional presence when supporting senior leaders and representing the communications function.
  • High discretion and sound judgment handling internal content, employee images, and leader communications.
  • Relevant experience in business analysis, business management, communications, or program coordination preferred.
  • Work Hour Expectations- Full Time- Monday-Friday
