Emergency Medicine Physician - Full-Time
Location: Delaware, Ohio
At She Recruits, we are honored to represent a trusted healthcare system seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician (or Internal/Family Medicine Physician with ED experience) to join their dedicated emergency department team in Marion, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity offering flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and strong team support.
Position Highlights:
  • Schedule: 120 clinical hours per month (flexible scheduling options available)
  • Compensation:
    • $225 per hour base rate
    • Additional $10/hour night shift differential
    • Quarterly incentive bonus: $15/hour with performance plan
  • Board Certification: EM preferred; IM/FM physicians with significant ED experience considered
  • Employment Type: W-2 with full benefits for providers committing to 120 hours/month
  • Call: No call duties
