Company Overview:
- This is a 10+ year old interior remodeling company serving homeowners across multiple markets
- Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating
What is Being Offered:
- $80K base + bonus (OTE $150K+)
- PTO
- Vehicle allowance
What The Position is About:
- Oversee the sales teams across all markets to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps (1-2 ride alongs a day)
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Monitor sales metrics and performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3-5 years of sales management experience within the home improvement industry
- Experience building a sales team and sales methodology
- Proven experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
