Job description

Closely held company is seeking an organized, bright individual with strong attention to detail, who is comfortable in a fast paced work environment, to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities include assisting the Owner with the daily tasks associated with the operation of the business, including but not limited to the following:

- Draft correspondence and other documents

- Work with excel and updating spreadsheets

- Answer incoming calls and emails

- Assist with accounts payable & receivable

- Keeping, recording and organizing records and files based on company requirements

- Help to prepare and monitor operating budgets

- Other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

- Customer service-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Must be computer proficient, fast typist (50+ WPM), and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, (particularly Excel)

- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
