Location: Ohio (Primarily Local Projects)

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Architectural Project Manager (Registered Architect) to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can lead projects through all phases of design and construction while balancing creativity with real-world constraints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

  • Produce and oversee construction documents and coordinate with consultants

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations

  • Mentor and support junior staff

  • Contribute creative design solutions while ensuring constructability and compliance

  • Collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (minimum)

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

  • Registered Architect (AIA) or actively working toward licensure

  • Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, and 3D rendering tools
