The Opportunity
The Digital Video & Audio (DVA) team in Adobe develops industry-leading software products including Premiere and After Effects. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the development of our next-generation video processing pipeline that will form the backbone of current and future products.
What you'll do
Work on the architecture and development of next-generation video processing engine for DVA products

What you need to succeed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
15+ years' experience in Software Engineering with 5+ years as Lead Engineer / Architect
Strong proficiency in C++, working in large and complex codebase on Mac or Windows
Experience in developing high-performance Video Processing in Non Linear Editing (NLE) software
Working knowledge of high performance computing and modern GPU processing paradigms
Strong inclination towards developing high-quality and data-driven systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working in a global environment

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $190,200 -- $360,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
