Job description

Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA classification: Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $28.00
Summary of the Position:
The Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Delaware County Program and Program Director to ensure the effective delivery of services. This role requires a strong understanding of program operations, including contract compliance, service delivery, participant intake and referrals, and case management services. The Program Coordinator serves as a key resource for maintaining program quality, supporting participants and families, and ensuring compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with local law enforcement agencies, schools, community partners, youth, and families.
  • Serve as a liaison between youth and community resources to support successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and document participants' behavioral, emotional, and overall progress.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports, progress notes, and case documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, case reviews, and community collaborations
  • Support program operations to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with program standards.

Availability: Flexible Schedule; may include evenings and weekends
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, School Counseling, or Youth Development preferred.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and families in a community-based setting
  • Proficiency using computers, Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Systems (EHR) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) speaking is a plus.
