    Job description

    This Opportunity

    WSP is seeking a highly organized and proactive Information Technology (IT) Business Relationship Manager to support our US IT Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and reporting on operational and performance metrics, organizing and overseeing various workstreams, and ensuring effective communication and follow-up with stakeholders. This role also involves coordinating global IT resources to address complex issues. Clear thinking and clear communication are crucial.

     
    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and building and maintaining strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization.

    • Analyze, report, and respond to financial and operational metrics.

    • Organize and oversee various workstreams with the IT Business Partner, tracking progress, and providing follow-up communications

    • Coordinate global IT resources to escalate issues.

    • Draft e-mails, presentations, and other communications for diverse audiences.

    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategy and objectives.

    • Identify IT needs and solutions to support business strategy.

    • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of IT projects.

    • Ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.

    • Present and explain complex IT concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Monitor the outcomes of IT services in meeting business needs.

    • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and create value in a fast-paced environment

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in IT, Finance, or BRM-related role.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    • Firm grasp of data analytics and working knowledge of statistics.

    • Ability to understand and explain corporate financial reports, IT budgeting experience a plus.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
      Expected Salary (Colorado only): $91,400 - $139,600
