    Join a team shaping the future of municipal infrastructure across Ontario and Canada. As an Intermediate Conveyance Engineer, you'll contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems that support growing communities. Working closely with multidisciplinary specialists and industry-leading professionals, you'll help deliver innovative conveyance solutions while developing your technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and project delivery experience.


    Your Impact

    • Design and deliver municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater conveyance infrastructure projects that strengthen community resilience and support sustainable growth.

    • Develop engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates that enable successful project execution.

    • Lead technical assignments and develop practical design solutions for watermains, sewers, forcemains, pump stations, and large-diameter pipeline projects.

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical, and electrical specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.

    • Support construction activities through shop drawing reviews, responses to RFIs, site visits, and contractor coordination.

    • Contribute to condition assessments, feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, and detailed design projects across Ontario and Canada.

    • Mentor and support junior engineers, designers, and technologists while promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.

    • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through project delivery support, proposal development, and business development activities.


    The Skills That Set You Apart

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

    • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration with Professional Engineers Ontario.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.

    • Demonstrated experience planning, designing, and delivering conveyance infrastructure, including pipelines, watermains, sewers, forcemains, and pump stations.

    • Proven ability to prepare technical reports, contract drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.

    • Knowledge of hydraulic modelling principles and related software applications is considered an asset.

    • Experience supporting Municipal Class Environmental Assessments, environmental approvals, trenchless technologies, or trenchless design solutions is considered an asset.

    • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment while building trusted relationships with clients and project teams.

    AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900

    MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800

    NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
