    Job Description

    Visa Commercial Solutions is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Director to lead Visa Commercial Solutions B2B Marketing in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), based in Miami. This high-impact, strategic role is central to driving business growth and delivering innovative, results-oriented marketing programs. The Director will bring deep B2B marketing expertise to align both regional and local priorities, champion account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and ensure world-class execution of commercial initiatives that advance the Visa brand.

    We're seeking a collaborative leader with a passion for building strong partnerships, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic, global environment.

    In this role, you will be responsible for establishing yourself as a value-add member of the Commercial Solutions team in LAC to drive our sales targets, through delivering customer-centric initiatives and go-to-market plans that differentiate Visa with Clients and Partners across the region.

    You are a strategic thinker, obsessed with our customers, focused on generating demand for our solutions, tracking performance, and always have the data to prove what is working and what is not. You are key ally of Visa's Sales and Product Organizations, regularly collaborating with sales, business performance, product, and strategy leaders across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies that differentiate our Visa Commercial Solutions offerings, communicate value to our clients, and drive measurable outcomes across the segment.

    • Develop impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities. Oversee the creation of digital content (web and social media), site development, and global rollout to optimize client engagement and lead generation across multiple channels

    • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for high-value accounts and priority industry verticals, partnering with sales and client teams to deliver personalized, insight-driven campaigns that accelerate growth.

    • Champion Customer Insights. Lead the collection and analysis of market research, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer data to inform marketing strategy, refine messaging, and identify emerging client needs and opportunities.

    • Case Studies & Success Stories. Accelerate the development and deployment of impactful case studies, ensuring a consistent and compelling approach to sharing client successes internally and externally.

    • Drive thought leadership initiatives to position Visa Commercial Solutions as an industry leader, collaborating with key stakeholders to showcase our expertise and value to clients.

    • Collaborate closely with the Sales teams for granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.

    • Cross-Functional Alignment. Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Customer Success, Compliance, and regional teams to ensure marketing programs align with product launches, client onboarding, retention initiatives, and regulatory standards.

    • Performance Reporting. Establish and manage robust reporting mechanisms for marketing activities. Provide actionable insights to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and inform leadership decisions.

    • Manage the marketing budgets for your customer segment, strategically allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. This includes managing strategic partners, approving production costs, and planning campaigns to optimize investments.

    • Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

    • Strong executive communication skills. Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
    • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

    • Portuguese proficiency (preferred)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
    • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing. MBA preferred.
    • B2B Marketing experience
    • Proven ability to drive demand and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs, ideally within financial services, payments, or SaaS industries.
    • Expertise in account-based marketing, campaign management, and event marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing performance reporting and data-driven decision making.


    Information for US Applicants

    For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $151.600,00 to $ 242.800,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
