    Job Overview
    We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Advanced UKG Technical Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR technology space. This individual will be a key player in our organization, responsible for providing advanced technical consulting services, managing complex UKG projects, and optimizing UKG solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
    As a Senior Advanced UKG Technical Consultant, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of UKG's suite of applications, including UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and UKG Ready, to lead implementations, integrations, and optimizations. You will serve as a technical expert, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Your role will require deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of UKG solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. UKG Technical Expertise and System Management
    • In-Depth Knowledge of UKG Solutions: Utilize a deep understanding of the UKG product suite, including UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and UKG Ready, to provide expert-level consulting services. Configure and optimize UKG applications to align with business requirements and enhance user experience.
    • System Configuration and Management: Manage and configure UKG applications to meet client-specific needs. Perform hands-on configuration, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.

Assess technical requirements, perform hands-on configuration, and conduct detailed field analysis to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
    • Interface Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain interfaces between UKG solutions and other enterprise systems. Ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting as needed.

    Qualifications
