Director, GTM Business Applications, UKG Inc., (Remote):

Will serve in the Enterprise Applications leadership team to contribute to strategic roadmap decisions in collaboration with senior leaders and identify innovative opportunities to transform UKG's business solutions for growth. Will oversee a team of product managers and analysts in the design, development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions that deliver business value as well as supporting existing software solutions in a complex systems landscape. Specific duties will include:

  • Coordinating activities and tasks of team members and overseeing the team's design of new and enhanced high-impact software solutions to ensure projects are on time, within budget, technically sound, deliver business value, and meet desired outcomes;
  • Overseeing the quality of the team's requirements elicitation and user story documentation, ensuring that the desired business outcomes and measurable value (KPIs) are understood as well as driving decisions when there may be conflicting requirements;
  • Managing the team's building, testing, and deployment of systems solutions that are scalable, meet UKG requirements, leverage out-of-box functionality wherever possible, and favor configuration over code;
  • Developing training plans to enhance the team's technical and professional skills as well as fostering a positive and collaborative team environment;
  • Providing recommendations and driving decisions that impact the strategic systems roadmap and priorities based on business outcomes;
  • Participating in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to assess new cross-functional designs of new features and systems, ensuring high standards of performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability;
  • Communicating complex concepts related to requirements, issues, and solution delivery to team and senior leaders; anticipating potential objections; influencing others to adopt a point of view; and collaborating regularly with technical leads within Digital and Business teams to ensure high standards of quality;
  • Identifying and escalating production issues to ensure timely resolution and thorough root cause analysis, managing vendor relationships, and driving the implementation of measures to prevent future recurrences; and
  • Staying current with emerging technologies, Agile/Scrum best practices through a DevOps Model, and industry trends, and advocating for their adoption where appropriate to drive innovation and productivity enhancement within Digital and Business teams (e.g. CoPilot, GenAI).
Requirements:

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline, and 7 years of progressive experience as a Product Manager overseeing enterprise-scale software solutions and managing high-performing product development teams. Must also demonstrate 5 years of experience (which may overlap with the above) in the following key areas:

  • Managing cross-functional teams in the development and execution of product strategies for enterprise-scale software, including through the full product lifecycle from concept to launch; driving adoption, scalability, and revenue growth.
  • Utilizing modern Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban as well as Lean product principles to build high-performing teams.
  • Managing the development of scalable, enterprise-grade artificial intelligence (AI) products that solve complex SaaS business problems, including hypothesis creation, research and development, product design, data collection, model development and training, and pilot testing for go-to-market..
  • Managing end-to-end customer relationship management (CRM), go-to-market (GTM), and sales operations across the lead-to-cash lifecycle, including product configuration and pricing, opportunity-to-quote, order management, billing, fulfillment, quota planning and subscription management, renewals, and the integration of cross-domain CRM processes to enhance sales productivity, revenue predictability, and customer retention.
  • Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud technologies.

This is a remote position. Eligible to work remotely anywhere within the U.S.

Position requires 25% travel by air within the U.S. and internationally.

Salary of $274,456 - $301,902 offered.
