    Job description

    Job Title: Technical Manager
    Job Descriptions: Responsible for managing current business and relationships as well as the development of plans and strategies for sales growth. Manage processes from customer engagement, engineering projects, tape-out, initial ramp to production, and responding to issues and escalations timely. Coordinate with various TSMC departments to resolve problems and meet customers' needs in development and production to win customer satisfaction. Drive demand creation and fulfillment, including demand forecast and order fulfillment. Perform market and cost analyses to help customers and TSMC select cost-effective solutions and technology. Develop all levels of customer relationships to leverage influencing and leadership skills to secure support within TSMC. Foster one-team spirit and influencing cross-functional teams in different time zones and locations.
    Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study; two (2) years of experience in a related position.
    Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Knowledge of 22/28 nano-meter processes of semiconductor manufacturing, new technology development, debugging, DTCO, and High-K metal gate processes; Experience in High-K (constant κ, kappa) metal gate processes, including physical structure and process marginality; Experience in wafer-level testing program debugging; and Experience in Design-Technology-Co-Optimization (DTCO).

    At TSMC, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role typically pays a base salary between $139,235/year to $187,000/year.
