    Job description

    Overview of Role
    This position serves as a primary interface between TSMC and one of our leading U.S. semiconductor customers focused on advanced computing and high-performance technologies. The Account Manager (or Technical Manager) will drive technical and business collaboration, oversee operational execution, and align foundry and packaging capabilities with customer roadmaps. Success requires a balance of commercial acumen, technical fluency, and strong cross-functional partnership.
    Responsibilities
    • Lead discussions on advanced packaging technologies and silicon process coordination.
    • Manage foundry operations, capacity planning, and project forecasting.
    • Serve as the key liaison across internal functions - including Product Planning, Field Technology Support (FTS), Business Development, and Operations.
    • Translate customer requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure smooth execution.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify business growth opportunities.
    • Foster long-term partnerships through consistent communication and problem-solving.

    Success Metrics
    6-12 months:
    • Gain proficiency with internal tools, systems, and business processes.

    • Skilled in contract negotiation, capacity forecasting, and roadmap alignment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred for cross-border coordination.
