Now Hiring: Machine Operators– Join a Leading Manufacturing Team!

Location: Auburn, ME
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and shift)

Shifts: Monday-Friday:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently:

  • Interpret work instructions and specifications to complete production tasks

  • Operate and monitor machinery, making adjustments as needed

  • Identify defects or equipment issues and take corrective action

  • Assemble and position materials using fixtures, chucks, vises, or automated systems

  • Inspect and measure finished parts using tools like pin gauges and thread gauges

  • Lift materials up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis


What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Manufacturing Machine Operation Experience preferred but not required

  • Basic math and shop math skills

  • Experience using measuring tools and inspection instruments

· Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, safety procedures, and written instructions in English

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
