Job description

Are you a proven leader ready to step up and run a small patch of stores? We are looking for a professional Multi-Unit General Manager to take full operational ownership of our Evergreen and Idaho Springs Subway locations. We believe in rewarding leaders for real results. That's why we offer a stable, premium salary combined with a transparent bonus structure that rewards you for driving profit and building great teams across both stores.

Annual Salary: $50,000 -58,000 DOE plus Bonus per year, paid bi-weekly based on a management schedule of 50+ hours/week (or as needed by job demand).
Monthly Bonuses: Earn up to an extra bonus by hitting performance targets in labor management, food costs, and sales growth across your patch.
Total Value: A predictable base income with a transparent bonus structure that puts your total earning potential well above the market average.

? Schedule & Operations Expectations

Multi-Unit Travel & Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to travel routinely between the Evergreen and Idaho Springs locations to conduct audits, manage inventory transfers, handle bank deposits, and respond to urgent store demands.
Hands-on Leadership: General Managers must lead by example, working peak hours alongside the store teams during heavy volume periods to ensure corporate brand standards are met.
? What We're Looking For:
5-7+ years of restaurant management experience with a deep, proven focus on multi-unit P&L, multi-site labor control, and food costs.
• A "Coach" mentality-you excel at developing Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to reduce turnover across multiple stores.
• A professional who treats the entire multi-unit business as if it were their own.
