WHAT WE PROVIDE:
This is a seasonal position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. It features an hourly rate of $14 with perks such as: Free entry to any Six Flags Park for all employees and a guest with each visit, additional complimentary tickets for friends and family, discounts on food and merchandise for all employees, flexible scheduling, Dayforce Wallet and bi-weekly pay available.
Responsibilities
As a Wardrobe Attendant and Shuttle Driver at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, you will play a key role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our wardrobe department while providing safe and reliable transportation for team members. This dual role ensures smooth operations during peak periods, contributing to an exceptional experience for both employees and park guests.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
  • Wardrobe Assistance:
    • Organize, maintain, and distribute uniforms and wardrobe items to employees.
    • Assist with temporary employees, ensuring they are outfitted with appropriate uniforms.
    • Operate a register for uniform transactions.
    • Help maintain inventory records, including tracking loans, returns, and on-hand stock.
    • Ensure shelves and lines are restocked promptly.
    • Operate industrial washers and dryers; report any maintenance issues.
  • Shuttle Driving:
    • Safely transport employees between designated locations, adhering to traffic laws and park safety rules.
    • Maintain a clean, safe shuttle vehicle environment.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional assistance to wardrobe customers and courteous service to shuttle passengers.
  • Safety and Maintenance:
    • Ensure a safe workplace by following all safety guidelines.
    • Assist in keeping wardrobe storage areas clean and organized.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) fluency preferred, not required
  • Provide a valid driver's license - and have a history of safe driving.
  • Ability to operate trams and fifteen-passenger vans, including at night.
  • Strong physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions with appropriate precautions (e.g.: hydration and sun-protection)
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings and evenings
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and assist in various aspects of Wardrobe operations.
  • Willing to work in a high-performance team environment with general supervision.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, and Excel) with experience using computers for inventory management and email correspondence.
  • Ability to operate a register.
  • Strong vision capabilities, including close distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

OTHER NOTES:
  • May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park operations.
  • Reports to Human Resources Leadership Team.
