    Job description

    Job Description
    As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal and external clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their advertising campaigns. From the moment an order is placed to the successful launch of a campaign, you will be at the forefront, ensuring every detail is communicated and executed.     The ideal candidate has experience in trafficking paid media campaigns across different channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, email marketing, programmatic channels, and others. This person should have a passion for digital media advertising and a customer service-centric attitude.
    Customer Service Responsibilities:
    • Communicate with sales teams on orders as needed for fulfillment

    • Streamline internal communication across US and offshore digital media teams

    • Responsible for accurately handling and solving customer inquiries

    • Acts as a liaison between customers and fulfillment teams, either internally or through third-party providers/vendors

    • Resolve issues by taking the appropriate action and knowing when to escalate issues to a management level

    • Must be able to speak confidently and comfortably in a room and remotely with internal and external stakeholders.

    Coordinator Responsibilities:
    • Traffic and maintain new campaign orders and modification orders for digital media channels

    • Audit, traffic and assign orders and performance questions to the appropriate digital media team members

    • Provide clear direction for order fulfillment, including identifying issues and required assets

    • Coordinate with internal teams to meet SLA benchmarks and ensure deadlines are met

    • Fulfill products as ordered and support during product lifecycle

    • Continuously adapt to a variety of changing systems and an evolving product mix

    • Conduct weekly pacing checks and proactive management tasks

    • Resolve issues from internal and external stakeholders via the Digital Sales Operations Help Desk

    • Assist with cross-training exercises and special projects, as assigned

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years in a digital coordinator or similar role

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a sense of urgency

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, as well as adapt to an increased workload when others are out-of-office.

    • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and coachable professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to relate to clients effectively

    • Proficient in problem-solving, maintaining composure in stressful situations, and diffusing customer service issues

    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required

    • Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Yahoo DSP, email marketing platforms, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Business Profile, JIRA, etc. is a plus

    This role reports into our Hunt Valley, MD office on a hybrid schedule with an average of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home.

    The base salary for this position is $21.63 to $24.03. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
