We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Intern to support our global HR administration workload. The ideal candidate will be based in the US, speak fluent Spanish, and provide day to day HR support for our Spain region.

Location: North America (based out of our New York or Florida office)

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee control and follow-up of coordination activities related to occupational risk prevention.
Monitor of attendance reports.
Prepare and deliver onboarding and employment documentation to employees and new hires.
Monitor and follow-up employee medical check-ups.
Serve as main point of contact to suppliers and Managing company car fleet
Assist with comprehensive document management, including audit documentation: labor, health and safety, training, data protection, and various compliance requirements.
Manage of employee vacation records and time off reports.
Respond to employees on Vacation policy queries
Manage and follow up on HRIS system queries (SP, Time tracing, Egencia)
Provide additional support as needed with recruitment, training, and general administration areas.

Essential:

Passionate about HR and people development.
Fluent in Spanish.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
Confident user of HR systems and Excel.
Well organized with strong time management abilities.
Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
