Wyoming Area Business Leader

Job description

Wyoming Area Business Leader

Build the Next Chapter of Redi Services

There are jobs where you inherit a system.

Then there are opportunities where you help build one.

This is one of those opportunities.

For nearly 40 years, Redi Services has built a reputation as one of the most trusted industrial service providers in the Rocky Mountain region. That reputation wasn't built by people who accepted the status quo. It was built by leaders who solved problems, built relationships, earned trust, and continually found better ways to serve customers.

Now it's our turn.

We're entering one of the most exciting chapters in our company's history. We're investing in our leaders, rethinking how we operate, modernizing our systems, and building an Area Manager Operating System designed to help exceptional leaders thrive.

We're looking for someone who wants to help write that next chapter.

This Isn't Just Another Area Manager Job

We're not looking for someone to simply keep the trains running.

We're looking for someone who wants to build something.

Someone who gets excited about growing a business.

Someone who enjoys developing people.

Someone who isn't afraid to have difficult conversations because they care about helping others improve.

Someone who can create accountability without destroying culture.

Someone who sees opportunity where others see problems.

You'll inherit an established operation with strong customers, experienced employees, and a solid Department Manager already in place. Your job is to elevate it.

About 70% of your focus will be leading the business-developing your team, improving operations, coaching leaders, reviewing financial performance, and creating accountability.

The other 30% will be spent growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping Redi continue to grow throughout Wyoming.

If you enjoy building businesses-not just managing them-you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Building

We've completely reimagined the Area Manager role.

We've built systems that create clarity.

We've created leadership rhythms that replace chaos.

We've invested heavily in coaching, financial visibility, operational planning, customer strategy, and leadership development.

We're looking for someone who can embrace those systems, execute them with discipline, and make them even better.

We don't expect perfection.

We expect curiosity.

We expect ownership.

We expect leaders who ask,

"How do we improve this?"

not

"Why has it always been done this way?"

Why Wyoming?

Wyoming represents one of our greatest growth opportunities.

We're already trusted by many of the region's largest industrial customers.

We already provide multiple industrial service lines that create tremendous opportunities for expanding customer relationships.

The foundation is already here.

The opportunity is enormous.

Now we need the right leader to help unlock it.

You Won't Be on an Island

While this role requires a high level of ownership and independence, you won't be left to figure everything out yourself.

You'll receive consistent support from regional leadership through weekly coaching, business reviews, operational planning, financial reviews, and leadership development.

You'll have direct access to experienced executives who are deeply invested in helping Area Managers succeed.

We believe great leaders deserve great support.

You'll Probably Love This Role If...

  • You naturally lead people.
  • You enjoy coaching more than controlling.
  • You like solving business problems.
  • You understand financial performance-not just operations.
  • You can hold people accountable while earning their respect.
  • You enjoy meeting customers and growing relationships.
  • You believe systems create freedom.
  • You want to build something you'll be proud of.

What Success Looks Like

Success isn't measured by how many reports you complete.

It's measured by the business you build.

Your customers trust you.

Your Department Managers become stronger leaders.

Your teams become safer.

Your operations become more efficient.

Your Area becomes more profitable.

Your people want to stay.

Your customers want to grow with you.

That's success.

Why Redi?

Because this is a company where leaders still matter.

Where your ideas won't disappear into bureaucracy.

Where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of an organization with nearly four decades of history.

Where you'll help build systems that future leaders will inherit.

Most companies ask leaders to maintain what already exists.

We're asking you to help build what comes next.

If that excites you, we'd love to meet you.
