Job description

The Senior Account Executive, Target role will perform specific strategic and tactical job functions through cross-functional management of multiple internal departments and customer contacts.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • NRBS POG tracking.
  • POG reporting - store ties, transitions, revisions, book club etc.
  • Sales Plans Inventory Planning.
  • All Out of Aisle Planning, set-ups, coordination with corrugate supplier, and publishers.
  • Manages Exclusives.
  • Pub Issues/Determines back up plans.
  • Event Planning management.
  • Weekly Sales Reporting.
  • Manage item setup grids.
  • System Price Checks for New Items.
  • Manage Requirements for Target.com flex fulfill items.
  • Maintain PO records.
  • Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects/requests.
  • Detail-oriented, Strong organizational skills, flexible, and efficient.
  • Must be focused on continuous improvement and be self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
  • Strong to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to speak with all levels of the organization and outside partners.
  • Ability to communicate complicated information to others.
  • Ability to create and write reports.
  • Must be proficient in basic mathematics: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to do algebra, calculate figures and amounts, and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving variables.
  • The work performed is in an office environment.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at low decibels.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Salary: $76,000.00
