SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of FP&A serves as a key strategic partner within the Finance organization, providing financial planning, forecasting, and analytical expertise to support data-driven decision-making across Qcells USA.
This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A and ensures clear alignment between Finance, Business Planning, and Executive leadership.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the development and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models, taking full ownership of deliverables.
- Deliver executive-ready insights on P&L performance, variance drivers, and business trends to support decision-making.
- Partner with Business Planning, Operations, and Corporate Finance to align forecasts with revenue recognition and project timelines.
- Build and maintain key dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting packages for leadership.
- Support M&A activities, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure actuals are properly booked and reconciled against forecasts.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Sr. Director of FP&A.
Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential duty requirement for this position.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred ).
• Experience: 8 + years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance, with strong experience in project-based businesses, preferably within EPC or construction-related industries.
• Skills:
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- ERP systems experience (SAP or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition and project accounting principles
- Excellent communication and strong presentation skills for stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
