Job Description: Tool and Die Maker | Grand Haven, MI Salary Range: $57,000 - $91,000 depending on experience Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excelling in tool and die maker? If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Grand Haven region seeking Tool and Die Makers.   • Design and build new dies, tools, and fixtures.
  • Repair and maintain existing dies, tools, and fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with tooling and production.
  • Operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Perform precision measurements using various inspection tools.
Recommended Qualifications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam)
  • Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines
  • Knowledge of various metal forming processes (e.g., stamping, deep drawing)
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment
