    Customer Service Representative | Cadillac, MI
    Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

    The Opportunity
    We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Customer Service Representatives. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively.     Key Responsibilities
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and delivery schedules.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping errors, and service issues.
    • Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.

    • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Identify and escalate recurring customer issues or potential product problems to management for further investigation.
    Recommended Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
    • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on problem-solving
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to understand basic technical product information and manufacturing processes
