    The Opportunity

    We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Shop Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively.     Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation to meet manufacturing targets.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards on the shop floor.
    • Manage and develop shop floor personnel, including training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
    • Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure optimal operational efficiency of machinery.

    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
