Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End Project Success
  • Manage all phases of waterworks projects-from inception to completion-ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while exceeding quality standards.
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Ensure seamless compliance with customer construction schedules.
  • Oversee inventory management, shipments, QA procedures, and fulfillment of all customer requirements.
Excel in Customer & Account Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling order execution, fulfillment, and full account management to build lasting partnerships.
  • Establish and nurture strong sales relationships with key accounts to boost engagement and market share.
Execute with Precision
  • Direct project execution using PACE's proven methodology and established plans for consistent results.
  • Collaborate with clients and partners to define project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform essential calculations.
Coordinate High-Impact Teams
  • Integrate and oversee outside contractors, ensuring top-tier service standards and smooth project alignment.
  • Provide hands-on support to contractors and project managers, guaranteeing materials are deployed exactly as planned.

Qualifications
As a Project Manager for the Waterworks division at PACE Supply, candidates should possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge. The qualifications for this role may include:

Education and/or Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience in Project Management, ideally in Waterworks, although applicants with industrial experience considered.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • Experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50 lbs. regularly. This includes carrying, dragging, and walking with materials, as well as using a hand-truck.

  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Environmental Conditions:
  • The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
