Overview

Current Solutions is a growing team based in Mankato and focused on developing driven individuals into leadership through hands-on experience and performance-based growth. We are hiring a General Operations Associate to support daily business functions and help keep our team running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and ready to step into a fast-paced environment where consistency and follow-through matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily operations including scheduling, coordination, and team logistics
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and maintaining training materials
  • Track and manage internal tasks to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate with team members to keep workflows aligned and efficient
  • Identify gaps in processes and help improve day-to-day operations
