We look forward to hearing from you!**Shift: Monday - Friday****Hours: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm****Position Summary:**Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.**Position Responsibilities:*** Monitoring and maintaining all order processing functions* Monitoring and maintaining all order audit functions* Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions* Monitoring and maintaining orders with pending issues* Schedule and supervise work force to meet daily operational demands* Process improvement of all activities* Researching and reconciling order discrepancies* Maintaining records for auditing process* Supervision and training of employees* Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff* Annual performance reviews* Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies**Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:*** Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite* Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system* Good working knowledge of Filemaker Database**Position Qualifications:****Education:*** High School graduate or equivalent required**Experience:*** 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment* 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, ONTRAC, and truck freight**Work Environment and Physical Requirements:*** Manufacturing Environment* Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly* Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time* Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer***Disclaimer****: This list does not represent all physical demands.
